How to cope with lost of sexual pleasure?
I've had some nerve damage after prostate surgery and resulted in total lost of my ability to have an orgasm. This has totally crushed me. I'm married male almost 40. My surgeon first told me that I have to give it time to heal. Three years later I still unable to feel pleasure. This has been totally frustrating and it appears to be something I have to live with the rest of my life. I've seen a couple of urologist, therapists and even a sex therapist. I've tried all sorts of treatment, but nothing is helping. I already know my sex life will never be the same. I've posting this question in hopes that I can find someone who has gone through this. How did you deal with the problem? My wife is understanding, but it is me that can't deal with this. The level of sexual frustration is extreme.
