How can I make sex feel good again?

I was sexually assaulted a few years ago and since then I haven't felt the same about sex or masturbating. For example: I will masturbate and then after a minute I feel like it's not pleasurable anymore. I have a feeling this is due to the sex assault that occurred to me. I want to enjoy sex again.

Talk to a counselor. Sex begins in your brain. Your brain's sending bad signals to you so you need to find out how to intercept those vibes and turn them pleasurable again.

You need to compartmentalize that bad experience into a little tiny box and mentally pack that one away deep in the closet, or maybe even through it off a cliff.

I'm sorry you went through that. I couldn't imagine how that would feel.
